The goal of 100% renewable energy is within reach. For everyone. The prerequisite: the volatile power from solar and wind plants is transformed into a secure, high-performance flow combining multiple energy sources aligned to demand.
If we all have one goal in mind and pursue it, Germany can soon become a pioneer in the industrial use of renewable energy on a large scale. And a role model for Europe and the whole world.
HH2E stands for a system of renewable electricity, green hydrogen and energy storage. Our goal is to supply all homes and businesses with green energy around the clock. Whatever the weather - and at costs that are affordable for private households and competitive for industry.
...is the cooperation between the old and new energy industries.
Energy giants and innovators who together want to make a difference
for our future - and can!
To complete the energy transition, we need to speak with one voice. And break down old barriers that have long stood in the way of success.
To build a CO2-free future, HH2E combines the forces of the pioneers and innovators of solar and wind energy, the established energy sector, and representatives of industry and society to make Germany a beacon for a modern and, above all, climate-friendly Europe.
Sun and wind can only develop their full potential if the energy generated is fully available around the clock. This is made possible by the flexible production of green hydrogen and heat - which can either be used directly or stored.
When it comes to the use of renewable energies on a large scale, the technologies in the future will not be "either - or", but "both - and".
From dinosaur to "Zukunftskraftwerk".
Yesterday an unloved coal-fired power plant, tomorrow a showcase project for international rethinking. The existing network infrastructure and the well-trained workforce make former coal sites attractive for the deployment of CO2-free future technologies. Transforming coal sites into power plants of the future will give us and future generations green energy and a positive future.
